Wholesome Goods, Inc. is a fast-growing Global Omni-channel Brand Hub with exciting high-growth brands across home goods, cosmetics, pet care, and more! We’re looking for a proactive, relationship-driven professional to join our team as a Retail Account Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone passionate about nurturing long-term retail relationships, optimizing partner performance, and ensuring retailers have everything they need to succeed with our brands.
This role is a hybrid position with four days on-site at our Clearwater HQ and one remote work day on Wednesdays.

Trade Show and Retail Events Experience (a plus): You enjoy representing brands at trade shows, showcasing products, meeting with and supporting existing retail partners, and strengthening business relationships.
Industry-Savvy: You stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and buyer behaviors across our categories. You use these insights to guide strategy and strengthen partner relationships.
Personable and Professional: Your approachable demeanor makes you a trusted point of contact for retail partners, ensuring they feel supported and valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Retail Accounts: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned retail partners and brokers, ensuring exceptional service and ongoing collaboration.
- Drive Partner Success: Work closely with retailers to optimize product placement, sales performance, and promotional opportunities.
- Coordinate Internal Teams: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to address retailer needs and deliver seamless account support.
- Identify Growth Opportunities: Analyze account performance and identify upselling, cross-selling, or expansion opportunities.
- Support Retail Events: Participate in trade shows or virtual events to build relationships, meet with existing buyers, and showcase brand offerings.
- Track and Report: Maintain accurate account records, communication logs, and progress updates within Asana.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in account management, client success, or retail partnerships, preferably in CPG, supplements, or related industries
- Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Project Management experience
- Proficiency with Asana and project management processes
- Experience in B2B account management or wholesale sales preferred
- Speaks Spanish
- Able to lift up to 35 pounds
