Rhino Pumps headquarters is located in the heart of Pleasant Grove, Utah but we are expanding into new regions. We currently have an office in Boise, ID but are looking for another Sales Engineer to cover this region. We are biased - but we believe we are a pretty great company to work for. Let's get the bad news out of the way first:
You might get TIRED. This is a sales job so your success depends on the time you put into the position. We require so many on-site visits per week but new leads are being generated daily.

Now, let's talk about what the job entails:
As a Sales Engineer at Rhino Pumps, duties will include:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the municipal and industrial industries.
- Building relationships with operators, engineers, and procurement teams.
- Conducting site visits and assessments to understand operations and needs.
- Designing and specifying solutions for municipal and industrial applications.
- Providing technical presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborating with internal teams, such as engineering and production, to ensure timely delivery and installation of equipment.
- Offering technical support and training to clients on pump operation and maintenance.
- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the industry, including trends, challenges, and regulatory requirements.
- Working closely with clients to troubleshoot issues and optimize pump performance.
- Duties will involve a mix of office work, site visits, travel to companies, industry events, and trade shows.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. FIVE years of SALES EXPERIENCE is REQUIRED.
2. You must have an ENGINEERING DEGREE because we need you to understand the equipment and processes of pumps. We understand that this is an industry that most individuals have to be trained on. No problem, we're happy to teach you about pumps.
3. You need to be the type of person that gets the job done. We are looking for someone who is self motivated, organized and outgoing. Some who will be responsive to their customers and keep open and positive communication. Someone willing and eager to solve problems and address any customer concerns.

Let's be honest, we all work to pay the bills and afford our hobbies and toys. This job will pay according to your experience and what you can bring to the table. We'll start you out at salary of $140k+ compensation.
