Job Summary

We are seeking a Staffing Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent for our organization. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of talent acquisition strategies to enhance our workforce and support our organizational goals.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Conduct thorough candidate sourcing through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
Engage in technical recruiting to identify candidates with specialized skills and qualifications.
Facilitate the interview process by preparing interview questions, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidates.
Manage relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide timely updates on recruitment progress.
Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Lever or iCIMS to streamline the hiring process and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with internal teams on employee orientation and training programs to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Stay informed about employment and labor laws to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process.
Support campus recruitment initiatives by building relationships with educational institutions and attending career fairs.
Conduct cold calling efforts to generate leads and expand the talent pool.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in staffing or recruiting roles with a focus on technical recruiting and executive recruiting.
Strong knowledge of HR sourcing techniques and talent management practices.
Proficiency in using HR Information Systems (HRIS) such as Workday, Paychex, or ADP for managing employee data.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders alike.
Familiarity with social media management tools for effective candidate engagement.
Experience in employee evaluation processes and employee relations management is advantageous.
Ability to conduct research effectively to identify potential candidates across various platforms.
