We’re looking to add a key team member to our growing advisory practice — someone who is detail-oriented, personable, and motivated to build a long-term career in financial services.
This position offers the unique opportunity to learn the business from the ground up, working side-by-side with experienced advisors in a client-focused environment. The right person will not only support our day-to-day operations but will also have the chance to develop into a Financial Advisor role as the firm continues to grow.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service and support to clients through phone, email, and in-person communication
- Assist with client meeting preparation, account servicing, and follow-up tasks
- Maintain accurate client records within our CRM system (Redtail, Client Works)
- Manage documentation, and operational workflows for the advisor team
- Support client marketing, social media, and website updates as needed
- Learn the fundamentals of financial planning, investment management, and client relationship building
- Collaborate with advisors to identify growth opportunities and enhance the client experience
What we are looking for:
- 2+ years of administrative or client service experience in a professional office environment (financial services preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM and office software (Redtail, Outlook, DocuSign, Adobe, etc.)
- A self-starter who enjoys learning, takes initiative, and can adapt in a fast-paced environment
- A positive, professional, and team-oriented mindset
- Interest in developing a long-term career in the financial planning and advisory profession
- Willingness to pursue relevant industry licenses and designations (e.g., Series 7, Series 66, Life & Health) as career growth continues
At Stevens & Boutilier Financial Advisors, we believe in growing our people as we grow our business. This position isn’t just a job — it’s a career path. You’ll gain hands-on experience in financial planning, client relationship management, and business operations while learning directly from seasoned advisors who want to help you succeed.
We’ve built a culture rooted in teamwork, integrity, and client-first service — and we’re looking for someone who shares those values and wants to make a meaningful impact.
