Title: Operations Finance Analyst
Job Summary:
The Operations Finance Analyst plays a key role in supporting Enjoin’s financial and operational decision-making through insightful analysis and data-driven recommendations. This position bridges the gap between financial planning and operational execution—analyzing cost data, forecasting trends, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability. Working closely with leadership and operational teams, the analyst ensures that financial activities align with strategic organizational goals while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and integrity.
What You’ll Do:
- Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings and performance improvement.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate revenue potential, cost structures, and business scenarios.
- Collaborate with operations and department leaders to align financial insights with strategic priorities.
- Prepare and present financial reports and performance metrics to management.
- Recommend process improvements and best practices to enhance operational and financial efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and assist with other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.
- Experience in healthcare and/or banking required.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with the ability to identify insights and inform decisions.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI (preferred), and other financial modeling and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in private equity or healthcare finance preferred, but not required.

Work Environment:
- This is a full-time, hybrid position in Nashville, TN (3 days in office, 2 days remote).
- General hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The role may require additional hours based on business needs.
- Work is generally sedentary, requiring long periods at a workstation.
- Must have a dedicated, secure workspace with a reliable high-speed internet connection and phone to ensure compliance with HIPAA Privacy and Security standards when handling Protected Health Information (PHI).
