Job Description
The Marketing Assistant provides essential administrative, advertising, and project coordination support to Corcoran’s Marketing & Advertising Department. This position ensures efficient execution of marketing operations, agent support, and advertising initiatives across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to balance multiple projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment. The role is in-office with an additional 2-4 days per month managing off-site photo shoots in New York City.
Key Responsibilities Not Limited To
Core Marketing & Agent Support
- Manage the full agent headshot process, including scheduling via Calendly, on-site coordination, cropping, filing, sending to agents, and uploading to the system.
- Manage the advertising inbox daily, responding to inquiries or routing to the appropriate team member.
- Support new agent onboarding, including coordinating photography, ordering business cards, and setting up marketing tools.
- Learn and utilize all marketing platforms to effectively support agents with questions, troubleshooting, and campaign needs.
- Process all XpressDocs orders, including uploading, proofing, and sending to agents.
Platform & Content Management
- Oversee video property tours, including agent communication, quality review, and uploading final videos to the appropriate platforms.
- Conduct quality and compliance reviews of agents’ personal websites to ensure adherence to Corcoran brand and legal standards.
- Manage weekly Carousels and Featured Properties on Corcoran.com.
- Approve and update agent profiles within internal systems and tools.
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with Finance, Field Marketing, Digital, Social and Education teams to ensure seamless coordination of marketing deliverables.
- Support internal communications and copywriting needs for the Marketing & Advertising Department.
Special Projects & Initiatives
- Participate in department-wide projects, process improvements, and new marketing initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of new workflows and systems that improve team efficiency
- Support company-wide events and marketing activities as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer service–oriented with professionalism, discretion, and diplomacy.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of accountability and follow-through.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience using Photoshop is strongly preferred.
- Must be willing to travel locally as required for photo shoots and marketing events.
