This is a rare chance to help shape, elevate, and grow the social presence of a fast-scaling, founder-led brand. We’re looking for someone who can think strategically and execute beautifully. Someone who sees social as both a craft and a conversation. Someone who can bring our world to life across platforms, build a loyal community, and translate engagement into impact.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Content Creation
Develop, capture, and edit thumb-stopping content that showcases our products, rituals, and brand values across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Create for both organic and paid channels.
Content Planning
Partner with marketing to shape a smart, timely, on-brand content calendar that aligns with launches, cultural moments, and trends.
Community Building
Lead day-to-day activities across platforms: posting, monitoring, responding, engaging in DMs, and proactively interacting with aligned creators, partners, and accounts to spark conversation and grow our community.
Brand Voice Stewardship
Ensure every post, caption, and reply reflects our tone, values, and aesthetic.
Trend & Industry Research
Track emerging formats, competitor shifts, platform updates, and cultural signals. Bring forward fresh ideas and smart risks.
Performance & Insights
Analyze platform data to understand what’s working, what’s not, and what we should try next. Share insights regularly and recommend creative optimizations.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 2–3 years of social media experience in skincare, beauty, or adjacent lifestyle categories
- A portfolio or track record of thoughtful, creative, high-performing content
- Fluency across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Threads, and social scheduling/analytics tools
- Strong writing and captioning skills with a feel for voice, tone, and narrative flow
- Basic photography/videography + editing skills (Adobe Creative Suite or similar preferred)
- Strong organizational instincts and the ability to juggle timing, tasks, and priorities
- Curiosity about skincare and a genuine interest in ingredient education and barrier health
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field (preferred but not required)
