Role Description
This is a full-time field based role for a Key Account Manager. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships to drive product success, and overseeing sales processes to achieve business goals. The Key Account Manager will build and manage their terriroty by identiing growth opportunities, and collaborate with the broader team to ensure sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction. The role requires strong leadership in managing sales pipelines and achieving maximum reach within the current and future accounts.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Medical Sales and Sales Management
- Strong skills in Sales, Sales Effectiveness, and customer relationship management
- Analytical Skills with the ability to assess trends and identify growth opportunities
- Experience in the healthcare or medical field sales is required
- Ability to work independently and remotely while meeting key performance metrics
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field is required
- Start-uo growth mindset is highly preferred
