Responsibilities:
- Implement and sustain equipment and processes used in the assembly of Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) with Thru-Hole and Surface Mount Technology.
- Design, develop, specify, install, organize, document, implement, and maintain equipment and processes for PCBs housed in plastic cases, metal enclosures, or potting materials.
- Drive process improvements and modifications to enhance production quality, efficiency, and reliability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support ongoing manufacturing goals and ensure consistent process performance.
Experience:
- 10 years of hands-on experience and direct customer interaction.
- Experience with Surface Mount Technology (SMT).
- Experience with Thru-Hole Technology.
- Experience in the assembly of Printed Circuit Boards.
