The senior team has an average of 30 years of investment experience including prior leadership experience at Blackstone / GSO, Fortress, Goldman Sachs, Citigroup, J.P. Morgan and Merrill Lynch.
Position Description
- Work in the Office of the CFO and manage projects across accounting, financial analysis and planning.
- Prepare monthly / quarterly management reporting packages, KPI tracking and variance analysis, with heavy Excel-based work.
- Assist with editing / updating legal documents, templating and tracking confidential information in Excel.
- Assist with liquidity management / planning, including credit facilities, complex payments and general accounts payable support.
- Manage bank account and corporate credit card operations in support of treasury team.
- Help with strategic initiatives in support of the Office of the CFO, including process improvements and scaling the overall business.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (finance/accounting focus preferred).
- Prior family office, finance or accounting experience is required. Tax experience a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel required.
- High energy self-starter with ability to work hard, prioritize and manage various deadlines in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with capacity to interact with outside parties and personnel across all levels.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills; ability to effectively prioritize multiple projects with the highest attention to detail.
- Experience working with confidential matters.
Location: Greenwich, CT (This role requires the employee to be present onsite regularly. Candidate would ideally live within approximately 30-minute drive of Greenwich, CT).

Compensation
The exact salary will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and performance during the selection process. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and other economics. Total compensation may vary by role, location, department, and individual performance.
