Job Summary:
The Sales Manager / Account Manager is responsible for driving sales growth by expanding sales channels, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and growing key accounts. This role combines strategic business development with hands-on account management to meet and exceed sales objectives.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent experience
· Proven experience with sales and new account acquisition, B2B experience preferred
· Strong sales report analysis, financial statement analysis, and competitive analysis
· Demonstrated negotiation skills, cold calling experience, and ability to qualify leads
· Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to achieve success
· Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with strong business writing ability
· Excellent presentation skills and public speaking confidence
· Strong research, analytic and critical thinking skills with attention to detail and follow-up
· Effective and reliable team member who adapts quickly and easily to changes
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
· Familiarity with promotional products industry is a plus
· Must be able to travel – 50%
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop, maintain, and grow business relationships with existing clients and prospects
· Identify client needs and present products/services that meet those needs
· Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings
· Identify client needs and present tailored product/service solutions
· Leverage analytics to identify and re-engage lost accounts through targeted outreach calls
· Manage travel schedule and expenses responsibly
· Submit timely sales reports, call activity updates, and market intelligence
· Attend and work trade shows as requested by management
· Continually enhance sales techniques and industry knowledge
· Perform other duties as assigned by management
Benefits:
- Competitive Base Salary starting at $70,000 with total compensation up to $120,000
