Location: New York Office (Hybrid) – WFH flexibility with 2–3 days in office per week, minimum and as needed
Are you passionate about designing beautiful home fashion products—from bedding and decorative pillows to bath textiles and window treatments? We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Designer specializing in Home Textiles to join our team and help bring trend-forward, retail-ready designs to life.
In this role, you’ll lead the design process from concept to finished product, collaborating closely with Sales, Product Development, and overseas partners. You will work primarily with Off-Price retail accounts, including HomeGoods, Ross, Burlington, and TJX.

What You’ll Do
- Design original artwork and textile concepts across categories including fashion bedding, quilts, decorative pillows, sheets, blankets/throws, bath textiles, window, and basic bedding
- Create CADs, trend boards, digital presentations, and pattern layouts
- Present designs to customers and license partners, both in person and virtually
- Collaborate daily with overseas offices to drive product development
- Work closely with Sales and Product Development to ensure design execution and sample accuracy
- Prepare detailed product specifications and artwork for production
- Manage multiple design projects and timelines simultaneously
- Prepare samples and presentations for customer meetings
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers
- Develop and maintain organized design and pattern libraries
- Research U.S. market trends and translate them into actionable concepts
- Travel domestically and internationally as needed
What We’re Looking For Education & Technical Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a design-related field preferred
- Proficiency in Mac OS, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Experience with Microsoft Teams a plus
- Familiarity with AI design tools and image-generation platforms a plus
- Experience with CLO 3D software is a plus
- Strong understanding of weaving, embroidery/embellishment, and textile printing techniques
- Knowledge of digital print creation, repeats, and pattern development
Experience
- 7+ years of industry experience in home textile product design
- Experience designing for U.S. retailers—especially HomeGoods, Ross, Burlington, and TJX—is a strong plus
- Youth bedding or apparel design experience is a plus

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
