The Elden House is a multidisciplinary creative studio and content agency based in Castle Rock, Colorado. Our work spans brand development, video production, photography, podcast creation, and social media content for clients across multiple industries.
I've had 100+ freelancers work for me over the years, and I'm now looking to make my first full-time hire. I need someone local to Denver who is willing to work AT LEAST three days a week in the studio or on set with me. I need a creative assistant who is multifaceted in their creative endeavors, but also has the desire to help keep the agency organized and running smoothly.

Role Description
The Creative Assistant plays a hybrid role—part creative support, part project organization. This person will collaborate closely with the founder across ongoing client projects, internal brand initiatives, and social content creation.
Daily responsibilities include supporting design and photo/video tasks, prepping and posting content to social platforms, tracking deadlines, organizing project assets, and keeping creative workflows moving.
This is a full-time, hybrid position in the Denver Metro area. Few days in the studio. Few days remote.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with video editing, graphic design, image editing, and motion graphics
* Support photography and video shoots with prep, gear organization, and on-set assistance
* Manage, schedule, and post social media content across platforms for The Elden House
* Help maintain project timelines, content calendars, and internal task lists
* Organize project assets across Google Drive, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Canva, etc.
* Collaborate on creative concepts, brainstorms, and content ideas
* Support miscellaneous creative tasks as needed to keep the studio running smoothly
Qualifications
* Strong creative skills with experience in **graphic design, image editing, and content creation**
* Familiarity with **Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Figma, Canva**, and major social media platforms
* Experience supporting **photography or videography** (bonus if you have basic camera skills)
* Excellent communication—clear, timely, and dependable
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and deliverables at once
* Creative thinker who can generate ideas and also execute the small stuff
* Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
