We run a modern, transparent operation with a strong reputation and a growing customer base. Now we’re ready to take our marketing to the next level with the right in-house person.
Who We’re Looking For
Someone creative, hands-on, and experienced with digital marketing, SEO, and lead generation—and who actually enjoys building results, not just making posts.
This role is perfect for someone who understands how to connect a business to its community and convert online visibility into real customers walking through the door.
What You Will Do
SEO & Website Management
- Keep our website updated, optimized, fast & Google-friendly
- Build SEO strategies targeting specific Zip codes
- Create landing pages for high-value services
Google Ads & Lead Generation
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns
- Track leads through CallRail & our CRM
- Improve cost-per-lead and maximize conversions
- Run local campaigns for promotions & new customer traffic
Content Creation & Social Media
- Shoot short videos, photos, behind-the-scenes content
- Create posts that highlight our team, jobs, cars, and customer stories
- Build brand awareness on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts
- Write blogs/articles to boost SEO and “near me” search results
Email Marketing & Customer Re-Engagement
- Monthly newsletters
- Customer follow-up sequences
- Rebooking declined repairs campaigns
- Review generation (Google/Yelp)
Brand Growth
- Work directly with the owner on marketing strategy
- Support community events, sponsorships, banners, flyers
- Maintain a clean, consistent brand across all platforms
The Skills You Need
- Experience with SEO (local SEO preferred)
- Experience with Google Ads (Search & Performance Max)
- Ability to build or update websites (WordPress, Wix, Shopify, etc.)
- Basic photo/video editing
- Understanding of analytics (GA4, CallRail reporting, etc.)
- Strong communication, organized, self-driven
- Automotive industry experience is a plus, not required — but willingness to learn is a must.
Work Environment
You’ll work inside the shop, be part of the team, get to know the advisors, technicians, and understand what customers ask about every day. That’s how you’ll create authentic content and smart marketing.
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time / On-site (Monday–Friday)
- Salary range: $55,000 – $75,000, depending on experience
- Plus performance bonuses tied to lead generation & car count growth
- Paid holidays, PTO, and a supportive, family-oriented environment
Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
