With over 2,000+ companies powered by DripJobs and a rapidly expanding partner network, we’re looking for a Partnership Coordinator who’s ready to build relationships, grow our ecosystem, and help contractors discover the power of DripJobs through strategic collaborations.
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage relationships with marketing agencies, consultants, business coaches, and industry organizations who can refer or integrate with DripJobs.
- Develop outreach campaigns to identify and onboard new partners across multiple industries (painting, roofing, remodeling, etc.).
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and product) to launch co-marketing initiatives, webinars, and special partner offers.
- Track and report performance metrics — including referral leads, active partnerships, and revenue impact.
- Represent DripJobs at trade shows, virtual events, and community engagements to expand our reach and build trust in the contractor ecosystem.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in partnerships, business development, or channel sales (preferably in SaaS, marketing, or the home service space).
- Strong relationship-building skills with a natural ability to connect and communicate value.
- Comfortable working with CRMs, email outreach tools, and managing pipelines.
- A growth mindset — hungry to build, test, learn, and scale what works.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

⚙️ Compensation
- Base Salary: $60,000 (DOE)
- Bonus Structure: Commission + performance incentives for partner growth
