You’ll gain exposure to the full product lifecycle while being mentored by experienced product leaders.
Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular customer calls to gather insights and validate new features.
- Relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering to guide iteration.
- Track adoption, collect feedback, and identify opportunities to refine features.
- Ensure releases are intuitive, high-quality, and easy for customers to self-service.
- Partner with CS and Sales on feature rollouts and understanding customer friction.
- Keep product documentation, tickets, and statuses organized and up to date.
- Prepare clear requirements, acceptance criteria, and release notes for sprints.
- Communicate progress, blockers, and updates across Product, Engineering, and CS teams.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years in a Product, Product Operations, CS, QA, or similarly relevant role.
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn complex systems quickly.
- High personal organization and follow-through — you naturally keep things moving.

- Strong product intuition: you can spot a confusing UX or an improvement opportunity instantly.
- Process-oriented mindset and comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Ambitious and career-driven — looking for a role with significant growth potential.
- A positive, ownership-driven attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleeves.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience working with engineering teams in an agile environment.
