Role Overview
BEPC is seeking a QC Analyst I to support quality control testing activities in a regulated laboratory environment. This role is ideal for candidates early in their career who are eager to gain hands-on experience in quality control, laboratory testing, and GMP-regulated operations. The selected individual will support testing, documentation, and compliance efforts while working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and safety.
Pay-$22-$29.47
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality control testing on products and materials
- Analyze test results and report deviations from specifications
- Ensure compliance with GMP and applicable regulatory standards
- Accurately document quality control procedures, results, and findings
- Assist with troubleshooting investigations and root cause analysis
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant laboratory environment
Qualifications
- 0–5 years of relevant experience
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Knowledge of industry best practices (preferred)
- Experience with laboratory testing (preferred)
- 0–5 years of experience with aseptic technique (highly preferred)
Contract Details
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Work Environment: 100% onsite
- Interview Process:
- Initial 30-minute phone screen with the RRP
- Follow-up virtual panel interview for selected candidates
- Contract: 12 months
- Location: Onsite, Oceanside, CA
