About the Role
We’re hiring a Client Production Lead — someone who can guide projects from intake to delivery with technical know-how, clear communication, and a designer’s eye.
This is a front-line position that blends client service, print production, and project management. You’ll be the first point of contact for new inquiries, help clients shape their projects, prepare or review files for print, coordinate internal workflow, and ensure jobs are delivered on time and to spec.
The right person for this role has a background in design or production, an appreciation for beautiful printed work, and the confidence to advise clients while keeping a calm, solution-focused approach. You’ll need to be organized, responsive, and comfortable juggling multiple projects at once in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming client inquiries and guide them through specs, file setup, timelines, and options
- Review or prepare design files for print (we’ll train you on prepress tools)
- Coordinate workflow across estimating, scheduling, printing, and finishing
- Track job status and manage communication from intake through delivery
- Send and follow up on proofs using our automated systems
- Educate clients on best practices for file prep and production methods
- Communicate clearly with internal teams to keep things on schedule
- Ensure every job is delivered with accuracy, care, and clarity
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills — written and verbal
- High attention to detail and follow-through
- Confident, professional presence with clients
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and stay calm under pressure
- Experience in design, print production, or project coordination preferred
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus, but not required
- Interest in print, design, typography, or visual storytelling is a strong bonus

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
