Duties

- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.
- Engage in outside sales activities, including cold calling potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify trends and opportunities in the retail sales environment.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.
Skills
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a retail or business development environment.
- Strong ability to analyze market trends and customer needs effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers confidently.
- Experience in conducting product demos that effectively highlight product advantages.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficient in cold calling techniques and building rapport with potential clients.
