Asian Media Group (AMG) is looking for good people to help us keep up our increasing demand. In this position, you will be expected to directly contribute to growth by delivering regular insights to our mostly F500 and top ad agency clients, inspiring new campaign development, and orchestrating presentations of the latest market data, strategy, and analytics.

Who you are: You've sold hard-to-understand things. You like complexity, puzzles, and wins, and you appreciate the long game, being equal parts analytical and persuasive.
This is a proactive consultative sales position, with a strong emphasis on your ability to analyze and synthesize data into stories and number-oriented solutions, understanding abstract F500 client objectives in order to build strategies that perform, and communicate these strategies and performance metrics clearly.
The work is difficult, demanding, and you will get used to rejection in its many forms.

OPENINGS: Ad Solutions Consultant – Agency Partnerships ($76K Base / $143K min. OTE [no ceiling] + Performance-Based Bonus)
QUALIFICATIONS THAT MATTER TO US:
- 2+ years of full-time consulting or B2B sales experience. Ideally looking for domain expertise in selling nuanced solutions
- Excellent written communication + interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to turn statistics into insight
- Advertising agency experience preferred
- Understand the digital marketplace (custom content, display, programmatic, social, UGC, podcast), trends, agency/client structure a plus
- Deep positive relationship with contacts at top-tier agencies and advertisers is major plus
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in corporate business environment
- Bachelor’s degree
- MS office proficiency
- Ability to travel occasionally
- 4 days in-office required at Westlake Village HQ
