Overview
Assessment Appeal Advisors is a property tax appeal company that specializes in reducing its clients property taxes. We represent over $25B annually and are looking for someone that is interested in underwriting properties and determining their value. Daily tasks would be pulling comparables and market data to arrive at an opinion of value that helps support a reduction. No appraisal experience needed but a basic understanding of real estate is helpful.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and self driven individual that is interested in joining our Property Tax Appeal company. The ideal candidate is proficient on a computer. This role requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to pull market data for our court cases.
Responsibilities
- Underwrite cases for all property types - commercial, apartment, single family, etc. You will be taught this.
- Conduct thorough financial review of clients rent rolls and profit and loss statements.
- Assemble cases in Adobe.
- Updating Sales Force
Skills
- Detailed oriented
- Excellent on a computer
- Basic understanding of real estate concepts
- Proficient in Excel, Adobe, and experienced in Sales Force
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interaction.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
