About The Role
We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative who wants to be on the front line of building a generational company that runs the world’s critical infrastructure.
This is not a “spray and pray” outbound role. You will be having serious conversations with senior leaders at some of the most important data center and AI infrastructure companies in the world, and you’ll be responsible for opening the doors that lead to our biggest deals.
We don’t care if you’ve done a classic SDR role before. We care that you are sharp, obsessive about learning, and excited by the idea of turning cold, skeptical strangers into genuinely interested prospects.

In this role, you will:
- Own the top of our sales funnel: identify, research, and outbound to the most important accounts in our market.
- Run highly targeted, thoughtful outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, calls), not generic templates.
- Deeply understand our product, our customers, and the problems we solve so you can speak credibly to executives.
- Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities and book high-quality meetings for the CEO and sales team.
- Experiment constantly: new messaging, new channels, new sequences, new ways to get the attention of hard-to-reach people.
- Capture and share what you learn from the market so we can improve our product, pitch, and ideal customer profile.
- Help build our sales playbook from scratch: what works, what doesn’t, and how we scale it.
