About Us PPDS is a Philadelphia-based design studio specializing in brand identity, websites, and experiential design. We work with clients like Amazon and Google through agency partners like Jack Morton and Sparks, as well as mission-driven organizations and biotech companies.
In 2026 we have an audacious goal to work with the biggest brands in the world. Our path there is simple: become the studio that CMOs and founders have heard of, been impressed by, and want to hire. We need help making that happen.
The Role We're looking for a marketing and PR partner to work alongside the founder to get our work seen. You'll take narrative briefs and visual assets we provide and shape them into pitches, posts, and stories that land.
This is hands-on work with real strategic input. You're not just executing a checklist—you're helping build the playbook while you run it.
What You'd Own
- PR outreach to design publications and industry blogs (50+ pitches in first 3 months)
- LinkedIn and Instagram posting (2-3x/week)
- Email newsletter
- Story development and pitch refinement

What Success Looks Like at 3 Months
- 50+ publication pitches sent

What You Bring
- Experience in PR, marketing, or communications—ideally with creative businesses or agencies
- Strong writing skills
- Strategic thinking paired with consistent execution
