The Role
We’re hiring full-stack engineers to help us build the self-improving growth machine.
You’ll be building new agents or improving our current agents, working closely with product and ops to fully automate complex human workflows to help our customers grow faster.
You will
- Take ownership of one or more AI agents from design to deployment.
- Build full-stack systems that integrate with internal and client data.
- Collaborate with product and ops to automate real-world workflows.
- Ship weekly: we run 1-week sprints and value execution over meetings.
- Use AI-native tools to code faster and smarter; we expect mastery in prompt engineering.
What Success Looks Like
Within your first year, you’ll become the in-house expert on your agent, drive measurable improvements in our customer’s performance, and deliver major projects with minimal oversight.
You’ll take 5–10 word problem statements and turn them into working products.
