Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Junior Engineer to join our Louisville team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in civil engineering projects.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and analysis of transportation and infrastructure projects.
- Prepare engineering drawings and reports under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Perform site visits and collect field data as needed.
- Support project teams with calculations, modeling, and documentation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience (internships count).
- Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite.

- EIT certification or ability to obtain within 12 months preferred.
