We are looking for an entry-level marketing professional to join a very collaborative global team. This position offers the opportunity to have a major impact on a fast-growing medical device company. You will work collaboratively with other team members to execute a strategic marketing program that enhances brand awareness and education, drives sales, and supports customer satisfaction and utilization.
Responsibilities:
- Execute US national trade show planning, promotion and follow-up to support business goals and drive growth across the US market
- Support US local/regional sales events – sponsorships, marketing deliverables, etc.
- Plan topics and write content for prospect and customer newsletters
- Develop content and write copy for sales collateral, case studies, videos, advertisements, articles, etc. for use across various channels (company website, email marketing, social media, RETeval Academy, industry publications, etc.)
- Assist with basic tasks across multiple marketing channels, including social media updates, website content edits, and email campaign building, to support team flexibility and coverage
- Participate in cross-training on digital marketing tools and platforms to provide backup support and ensure continuity across key channels
- Manage production, distribution and inventory for collateral material
- Support prospect and customer webinar execution
- Create PowerPoint slides for various presentations
- Gather and track monthly media mentions and associated value
- Track KOL continuing education courses/activity
- Support and execution for internal events – annual US sales meeting, etc.
- Ensure all content is aligned with editorial direction, meets best practices in grammar and is consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice
- Adhere to brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communication channels
- Develop an understanding of target audiences to form opinions on which messages will resonate with them
- Take initiative to stay abreast of industry news and gather information to define content-worthy trends in retinal disease, diagnosis and treatment that contribute to the creation of content that educates eye care professionals and establishes LKC Technologies as a thought leader
- Apply strong attention to detail to review of marketing materials to contribute to department goals of accuracy, consistency, and compliance with FDA regulations and other claims
Must Haves:
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Effective project management
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar applications
- Self-motivated, yet customer-focused
- Desire to create and maintain internal, collaborative relationships
- Ability to work effectively with key opinion leaders, consultants, and strategic partners
Nice to Haves:
- Experience with email marketing automation platforms/CRMs (such as HubSpot)
- Experience with project management tools (such as Asana)
Education & Experience:
- College degree in English, communications, marketing, or related field
- A minimum of 1 year of marketing communications or brand marketing experience
- Knowledge of design principles
- Experience and comfort working in a fast-paced environment and delivering results with efficient use of resources.
Travel:
Ability to travel 10% of time.
Compensation:
The salary range for this entry-level position is $50,000 - $60,000 annually.
This is a remote position, but the candidate must be willing to work US East Coast hours for meetings.
