Greco’s Italian Ices & Homemade Ice Cream is a locally owned, community-rooted brand serving Lititz for over 25 years. As we enter our next phase of growth, we’re hiring one exceptional individual to own our marketing, content, and community presence end-to-end.
This is a high-responsibility, full-time role for a true Swiss-army-knife marketer—someone equally strong in strategy, photography, videography, editing, and real-world marketing execution. This is not an entry-level or “posting-only” position.
About the Role
You will lead how Greco’s is seen, experienced, and talked about—online and in person. That means planning and executing content, building partnerships, organizing community events, and driving measurable growth across platforms and locations.
You’ll regularly be on-site, at events, and meeting with local businesses. If you can concept an idea, capture it, edit it, publish it, analyze results, and then walk into a business and pitch a collaboration—you’ll thrive here. Core Responsibilities
- Own and execute Greco’s social media and marketing strategy
- Plan, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality photo and video content
- Capture content across all Greco’s locations, events, and activations
- Plan, coordinate, and promote community events and brand activations
- Build and maintain partnerships with local businesses and organizations
- Actively expand Greco’s marketing reach through collaborations and outreach
- Manage content calendars, campaigns, and posting schedules
- Write strong captions, hooks, CTAs, and promotional copy
- Manage community engagement (comments, DMs, audience interaction)
- Track performance metrics and adjust strategy based on results
- Collaborate directly with ownership during weekly Monday planning meetings
- Stay ahead of trends, tools, and platform updates
Required Skill Set (Non-Negotiable)
- Strong photography and videography skills
- Confident video and photo editing ability
- Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Proven ability to create content that drives engagement and growth
- Solid grasp of branding, storytelling, and marketing fundamentals
- Comfortable being on-camera and directing others on-camera
- Highly organized, self-directed, and accountable
- Comfortable representing Greco’s professionally in the community
Equipment & Travel
- Must be willing and able to travel locally to all locations, events, and partner meetings
- Personal content-creation equipment is a plus
- Company-provided equipment is available if needed
Training & Compensation
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Salary: $30,000 – $45,000 per year, based on experience and demonstrated skill
- Training Period:
- One-month paid training and onboarding period
- Training compensation at 50% of the agreed-upon salary rate
- Designed to confirm performance and mutual fit
- Schedule:
- Weekly planning meetings every Monday
- Flexible scheduling outside of meetings and content needs
Location Requirements
- Hybrid remote with regular in-person work in Lititz, PA
- Must be able to commute to all Greco’s locations, events, and partner meetings
- Relocation to Lititz, PA required prior to start date (if not local)
