The Role
We’re looking for a driven, inspired, and results-oriented professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding Capricorn’s network of clients and partners by identifying new business opportunities and initiating outreach efforts across multiple U.S. retail markets. This is a dynamic, communication-heavy position—ideal for someone who enjoys building professional relationships and connecting organizations with solutions that meet their needs.
Responsibilities
- Monitor industry developments and identify emerging opportunities aligned with company objectives.
- Research potential clients, retail brands, and expansion opportunities in target markets.
- Initiate contact with decision-makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn to introduce Capricorn’s services.
- Support ongoing business initiatives through proactive market engagement and relationship-building.
- Contribute to the development of marketing and communication strategies for prospective partnerships.
- Maintain organized records of outreach activity and pipeline status in CRM tools.
- Track engagement metrics and contribute to refining Capricorn’s growth strategy.
- Collaborate with brokers and senior advisors to understand client priorities and tailor outreach strategies accordingly.
- Lead strategic planning discussions related to market positioning and client acquisition.
- Uphold a professional and consistent brand presence across communication channels.
Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in sales, business development, real estate, or a client-facing role.
- Familiarity with the retail or commercial real estate sector strongly preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort with high-volume outreach (calls, emails, and follow-ups).
- Highly organized and self-motivated; thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft/Google Workspace tools.
