Post-Production Coordinator to join the
Marketing team based in its New York City (SoHo) headquarters.
The Post-Production Coordinator is responsible for supporting the post-production process across all brand content, ensuring smooth execution, accurate file delivery, and timely communication across departments. This role acts as the operational support arm of the post-production function, coordinating tasks such as asset routing, version tracking, file naming, and vendor communication.
The Post-Production Coordinator works closely with the Post-Production Manager and collaborates cross-functionally with the Creative, Social, eComm, and Marketing Operations to maintain timelines and alignment. This position plays a key role in upholding the organizational and delivery standards of a luxury brand content pipeline.
Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Trafficking
- Support the post-production process by tracking project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder feedback.
- Route files for internal review, approvals, and upload final assets to appropriate platforms.
- Maintain organized file naming conventions and support version control across multiple campaigns.
Collaboration & Communication
- Act as a daily liaison between the Post-Production Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflows.
- Maintain alignment with the Marketing Operations Manager on project milestones, asset due dates, and production calendars.
- Support communication between creative teams, vendors, and internal partners.
Vendor & Asset Management
- Assist with tracking vendor assignments, file submissions, and contracted post-production services.
- Ensure proper receipt, documentation, and upload of retouched files and edits.
- Support in maintaining archive systems and asset libraries with accuracy.
Quality Control & Review
- Perform first-round reviews of files for quality assurance, naming accuracy, and formatting requirements.
- Flag discrepancies or issues to the Post-Production Manager before escalation.
- Help maintain standards for luxury-level visual execution and consistency.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in post-production coordination, creative operations, or studio support—ideally in fashion, luxury, or media.
- Understanding of post-production workflows including retouching, editing, versioning, and delivery.
- Proficiency in tools such as Frame.io, Adobe Bridge, Dropbox, and/or other asset management platforms.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in deadline-driven environments.
- Strong attention to detail and visual standards.

Salary & Benefits
The compensation for this position ranges from $68,000 - $73,000 annually. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate’s relevant skills and experience. Marc Jacobs uses the published salary range as a guideline to provide our employees with market competitive pay while allowing for flexibility to recognize and reward all levels of expertise, performance, and tenure.
