We are growing - and we are looking for a driven and knowledge Kitchen and Bath Designer to join our team.

Position Overview

As a Kitchen and Bath Designer, you will:

Meet with customers to understand project goals, measurements, style preferences, and budget requirements.
Develop detailed kitchen and bath layouts using design software (e.g., 2020 Design or similar) and present concepts for customer approval.
Recommend cabinetry, countertops, hardware, fixtures, and complementary materials that align with the customer’s vision.
Collaborate with contractors, installers, and sales staff to ensure plans are feasible, accurate, and aligned with lead times and availability.
Revise designs as needed based on customer feedback or project updates.
Perform additional showroom tasks as assigned by management.

What We are Looking For

Proficiency in kitchen and bath design software (2020 Design or similar preferred).
Strong understanding of cabinetry construction, appliance spacing, plumbing requirements, and ergonomic layout principles.
Excellent customer service, communication, and presentation abilities.
High attention to detail, especially regarding measurements and order accuracy.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple active projects.
