Our main services are:
- Modeling: Preparation of 3D grade control models for sitework contractors using automated machine control
- Engineering: Value engineering of grading plans for land development projects
- Surveying: Construction stakeout, aerial drone surveys, as-builts surveys, and topographic surveys
- BIM Modeling & Coordination: Preparation of 3D models of proposed & existing underground utilities (storm, sanitary, water, electric, telecom, etc.), as well as coordination meeting attendance, clash detection & model adjustments to address clashes.
We are seeking a full-time Civil Designer / Civil Engineer for our or Eagleville, PA office. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, technology-oriented, proficient with CAD software, and has experience working as a BIM Technician, CAD Drafter, Civil Designer or Civil Engineer. However, we will train interested applicants coming from other engineering or computer science disciplines. The ideal candidate must be able to follow proper procedures, perform accurate calculations, and work in a team environment. Local candidates only.
- A passion for the engineering/construction industry and a strong focus on quality
- Experience with CAD software
- Minimum associate degree in engineering, drafting, surveying, computer science or related field, OR equivalent combination of experience.
- Bachelor's degree a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
