Overview
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, safety, and pricing of residential roofing. This position requires a strong understanding of construction practices, knowledge of roofing, and the capability to perform roof inspections as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with homeowners through the insurance process.
- Work as the middle man between the homeowner and the insurance company.
- Enter all information correctly in the organization's CRM system.
- Canvass potential customers to explain our organization and how we can help navigate the insurance process
- Manage a pipeline of current customers and referral businesses.
- Partner with Sales Manager on strategies to improve and grow market area.
- Able to travel to Bel Air, MD.
Qualifications:
- Money motivated and Sales Driven.
- Reliable transportation.
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
- Willingness to assist homeowners through the insurance process.
- Sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Storm Restoration experience is a plus but not required.
