Responsibilities
- Supervise and coach the marketing team members to foster growth/high performance
- Manage the marketing calendar, key collaboration meetings, priorities, and timelines to ensure seamless execution
- Collaborate with business development and project teams to craft winning RFP and proposal submissions and strategies
- Develop compelling proposal content, templates, and presentations that drive results
- Develop and implement marketing strategies across digital, print and social channels
specific to industry and business goals
- Lead vision and write content for the marketing strategies and campaigns
- Learn and champion the M&J story and people through relationship building
- Build and maintain the CRM system for client tracking and communication, ensuring
data accuracy and usability
- Generate and analyze marketing reports to measure results and inform strategy
- Consistently research and apply new marketing best practices and trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, or similar degree preferred,
Associate’s Degree required minimum
- 6+ years of marketing experience required
- 1+ year of supervision experience required
- Construction familiarity and/or B2B marketing experience is an asset
- Must be able to strategize and execute
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong leadership and collaboration abilities
