Overview
We are seeking a skilled Screen Printer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for graphic design and be proficient operating a M&R Sportsman automatic press. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to showcase their creativity in a dynamic work environment.
Duties
- Operate manual and automatic screen printing presses to create high-quality prints on various materials.
- Set up and adjust screen printing equipment according to job specifications.
- Prepare screens, inks, and substrates for printing, as needed.
- Ensure color accuracy and consistency throughout the production process.
- Regularly maintain and clean screen printing equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any printing issues that arise.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure all projects meet client expectations and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
Experience
- REQUIRED: Minimum of 2 years screen printing, with proficiency in operating an automatic press.
- Strong knowledge of screen preparation, ink mixing, and color matching preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials as needed.
