Our client, an elite national law firm, is seeking an experienced Finance / Banking Paralegal with expertise in Defeasance.
In this role, you will manage complex commercial loan payoffs, prepare and finalize defeasance documents, coordinate with title companies, and ensure smooth closings for high-profile clients.
Varied responsibilities, including reviewing loan and engagement documents, drafting agreements using HotDocs, maintaining organized electronic deal files, summarizing key information for attorneys, and tracking all closing deliverables.
The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience in real estate finance or banking law.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office, iManage, HotDocs, and Project Fortress are essential.
