Job Summary:
The Finance Manager oversees the financial health of Darsalud Management and the clients we support. This involves managing the back-office operations, internal budget and finances, oversight of investment opportunities developing financial strategies, as well as managing an administrative team.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Oversees the daily workflow of the department with the Finance Assistants.
- Ensures schedules are set to provide department coverage.
- Ensures all department duties, responsibilities, and goals are met in a timely manner.
- Escalates employee concerns to Leadership when needed/necessary.
- Aid with duties that would result in employee satisfaction.
- Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure optimal financial operations within the company and its clients including all payables and receivables
- Oversee the performance of human resources and ensure established goals and timelines are met for the company and its clients
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management and financial reporting for the company and its clients
- Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for the company and its clients
- Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests
- Manage the company’s financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems
- Create and monitor cost-analysis, budgets, projections and forecasts as needed for the company and its clients
- Ensure compliance with accounting / human resources policies and regulatory requirements for company and its clients (including 501c3 compliance as needed)
- Actively manage supervisees to ensure all department duties, responsibilities, and goals are met in a timely manner
Experience, Certification and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or accounting, CPA a plus
- Five or more years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis
- Two or more years of experience management or supervision of a team
- Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information
- Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners
- Excellent business judgement, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of financial reporting and data mining tools
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Microsoft Office Suite which includes Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at time

Pay: $62,493.73 - $75,261.26 per year
