Digital Marketing Specialist – GRP (Gosline Retirement Planning)

Overview
GRP is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to support the firm’s marketing initiatives, strengthen brand presence, and help drive lead generation across multiple digital channels. The Digital Marketing Specialist will manage GRP’s online footprint, execute multi-channel campaigns, support advertising strategies, and optimize digital performance in alignment with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Advertising & Campaign Execution
- Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, YouTube, and display networks.
- Coordinate digital components of TV, radio, and print campaigns to create cohesive multi-channel strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide analytics-driven insights and recommendations.
2. Website & SEO Management
- Oversee website updates, content editing, landing page creation, and general site maintenance.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve search ranking and organic traffic.
- Track and report on website performance (traffic, conversions, bounce rates, user behavior).
3. Social Media Management
- Create and schedule engaging content across platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube).
- Monitor audience engagement and respond appropriately while maintaining brand voice.
- Track growth, impressions, and engagement metrics and provide regular reporting.
4. Email Marketing & CRM Support
- Develop and execute email campaigns, newsletters, event invitations, and client drip sequences.
- Segment lists for targeted communication.
- Maintain list hygiene and ensure compliance with industry regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR where applicable).
5. Content Creation & Brand Messaging
- Assist in developing clear, professional written content for blogs, ads, emails, scripts, and printed materials.
- Support video content production and editing for marketing and educational purposes.
- Uphold brand standards across all content and channels.
6. Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
- Track KPIs across all marketing channels and prepare monthly and quarterly reports.
- Provide insights to improve campaign performance and ROI.
- Utilize Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, CRM dashboards, and other analytics tools.
7. Event & Seminar Marketing Support
- Promote workshops, webinars, and educational events across all digital platforms.
- Create landing pages, RSVP forms, and email sequences for event marketing.
- Support retargeting and follow-up campaigns tied to event attendance and lead nurturing.
8. Collaboration & Cross-Department Support
- Work closely with advisors, leadership, and operations to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Partner with external vendors and media partners for creative development, production, and placement.
- Provide support on special projects, campaigns, and new initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or proven equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in professional services or financial services.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising, SEO, social media management, and analytics tools.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, RedTail) a plus.
- Basic graphic design or video editing experience is a plus but not required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $54,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year
