Start off 2026 with a new position!
CMK Select, a specialized Project Management consulting firm dedicated exclusively to the Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences industry is hiring a Project Manager, Medical Affairs Excellence to support one of our client's teams who are responsible for Compassionate Use (Expanded Access) and Phase 4 studies.
Please note: This is NOT a clinical trial manager/clinical studies/ops position.
Blending project management, medical affairs operations, and the ability to quickly pivot, the Project Manager will be responsible for:
- offsetting operational tasks currently handled by the Med Affairs Excellence team who are responsible for Phase IV studies and Compassionate Use so they can focus on strategic initiatives;
- providing Veeva MedComms support, by facilitating governance review committee meetings, and routing assets through Veeva MedComms;
- preparing for audits;
- compiling information for SOPs that need to be crafted;
- contract management support (confirming contracts exist, ensuring there are no contract gaps for Phase 4 studies).
To be considered, candidates must have the following background and experience:
- 5 years of project management experience specific to the Pharmaceutical industry;
- 3 years experience supporting projects specific to Medical Affairs operations
**Phase 4 or Compassionate Use/Expanded Access experience strongly preferred
- Veeva MedComms (Medical Review Committee experience)
- contracting management (ensuring contracts are in place, valid)
- ability to work remotely and be based in the East Coast time zone.
- able to interview the 1st week of January 2026 and commit to a January 2026 start date!
This is an Associate position with CMK Select offering an initial compensation range of $120,000.00 - $130,000.00. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
