TITLE: Digital Marketing Specialist
SUMMARY
All Safe Global is a rapidly growing company serving the compressed gas industry with a robust eCommerce offering. The company is guided by the principles of performance, value-creation and customer satisfaction. We are looking for a detailed oriented Digital Marketing Specialist that knows how to handle incoming leads, manage customer requests, and close sales. You will be responsible for processing daily orders, inside sales for inbound inquiries, inventory offerings, and hitting the monthly sales goal.
Core responsibilities include downloading daily orders, label creation, responding to customer service requests via Live Chat, e-mail, and phone. The position offers substantial growth and bonus opportunities. We’re looking for someone who likes to contribute ideas and be involved in a fun team atmosphere.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily & Weekly Order & Customer Service Duties Include:
- Marketing and promotional campaign execution
- Download eCommerce orders, create pick list, print order labels and packing slips.
- Customer service.
- Respond to inbound inquiries via inbound phone calls, email and live chat. (Examples include; product questions, order tracking, returns, and shipping estimates).
- Inside Sales – Providing product quotes, inventory levels, freight quotes, and order processing for larger customers; as well follow up on outstanding quotes to help close the sale.
- Processing returns
- Inventory management with listings
- Manage Pricing across multiple platforms
- Analytics – Various accounting and sales reports to review, track and provide feedback.
- Assist with online product listing development new and existing and overall management of those listings.
- Occasional extended hours required. Usually only 1-2 days per year depending on when holidays and end-of-month fall.

Education and Experience
- eComm and Wordpress experience preferred
- Sales experience or training a plus.
- Logistics experience helpful but not required. We will train the right candidate.
- Microsoft Skills – Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook appreciated but can be trained.
- Product knowledge of compressed gas cylinders, beverage kegs and valves preferred but not required.
Language and Communication Skills
- Ability to read and interpret customer communications, sales reports, emails, and common documents.
- Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from customers in a professional manner.
Reasoning Ability & Mathematical Skills
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions and multi-task.
