About Lana Partners
Lana Partners helps nonprofit organizations bring clarity to their operations by aligning business processes, ownership, and CRM systems before jumping into design or development.
We take a process-first approach to consulting — focusing on how organizations actually work before deciding how technology should support them. Our clients value structure, communication, and thoughtful execution over speed and chaos.

Technology Exposure (Learn-as-You-Go)
- Learn Dynamics 365 and Power Platform concepts over time
- Support CRM configuration and testing under guidance
- Grow into a junior consultant role as skills develop

- Strong experience in administration, operations, project coordination, or business analysis
