We are currently seeking Entry level Campaign Managers to join our team on a full time or internship basis to develop through our executive training/mentorship program!
B2B Campaign Manager Summary:
Our campaign managers will work hands-on with our B2B sales and marketing teams in order to develop unique strategies to increase lead generation. We are looking for forward driven individuals, looking to grow professionally to help us oversee teams and coordinate efficient marketing campaigns. Help curate social media engagement and also represent major sports and telecomm clients face to face on the front end! You’ll have the opportunity to work directly with clients in order to effectively increase brand awareness and customer acquisition. Our training is designed to teach and effectively coach our junior managers quickly into leadership roles!
You will be able to work closely with others and have the ability to manage multiple individuals along with regions of DFW.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Conduct campaign and product knowledge training
- Execute proper professional presentations to increase business acquisition and sales
- Coordinate logistics for territory management and business appointments
- Conduct product demonstrations and gather feedback for future improvements.
- Enhance customer acquisition KPI's and aid in growth of market share and revenue
- Manage social media promotion and engagement before, during, and after events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts and maximize impact.
- Develop unique sales training and mentorship of teams
Campaign Manager Qualifications:
- Ability to work within a team environment and communicate effectively with other people
- Develop effective marketing strategies that line up with the overall goal of the client
- Lead and manage meetings/presentations on our marketing campaign
- Excellent organizational skills and highly effective communicator - oral and written
- Ability to build, establish, and protect relationships
- Self motivation and determination to develop
- Open to training within the marketing and communication fields
