Role Overview
The Google Ads & Marketing Specialist will lead our digital marketing efforts, managing paid campaigns and social media strategy. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, including Instagram reels, posts, content, and running Google Ads and ampaigns to grow brand awareness, website traffic, and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and execute Instagram reels/posts and social media content to engage and grow our audience
- Develop, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across search, display, and shopping networks
- Manage Facebook and Instagram paid campaigns and Meta Business Manager
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs
- Collaborate with the CEO and creative team to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
- Research trends, competitors, and opportunities to improve campaign performance
- Manage content calendars and schedule posts for maximum impact
- Assist with influencer partnerships, collaborations, and promotional campaigns
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a digital marketing specialist or Google Ads specialist
- Strong experience with Google Ads Required
- Experience in facebook Ads, and Meta Business Manager preferred but not required
- Experience creating engaging social media content, including Instagram reels
- Strong analytical skills and ability to optimize campaigns for ROI
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
- Knowledge of fashion, apparel, or e-commerce marketing preferred
Nice to Have
- Experience with email marketing, TikTok ads, or SEO
- Graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Experience with fashion/swimwear brands

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
