THE OPPORTUNITY: ASSISTANT OFFICE MANAGER
This isn't your typical front desk job. We're seeking a sales powerhouse with the communication skills, money mindset, and leadership presence to maintain our exceptional standards.
YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
SALES & CONVERSIONS (Your Primary Focus)
- Convert new patient leads into lives changed forever through the power of chiropractic in healing the human body
- Master our financial consultation process and payment plan options to help patients not get stuck in financial barriers to getting the healthcare they deserve
- Maintain high close rates through assumptive language and confident communication
- Handle objections with expertise, helping patients see the true value of their investment
- Track and celebrate conversion rates, collections, and performance metrics
COLLECTIONS & FINANCIAL EXCELLENCE
- Ensure seamless payment processing and care plan sign-ups
- Manage accounts receivable with persistence and professionalism
- Collaborate on strategies to maximize collections and reduce outstanding balances
- Process payments, payment plans, and financial paperwork with accuracy
MARKETING & COMMUNITY OUTREACH
- Coordinate health talks, lunch-and-learns, and wellness events in the community
- Identify and book wellness event opportunities (health fairs, corporate wellness)
- Plan and execute in-office events to build patient community
- Generate patient reviews and referrals through systematic follow-up
- Collaborate with doctors on social media content and marketing campaigns
PATIENT EXPERIENCE & OPERATIONS
- Create exceptional first impressions from initial phone call to ongoing care
- Manage patient scheduling and Electronic Health Records with precision
- Handle multi-line phone systems and guide prospective patients through our process
- Maintain office organization and support seamless daily operations
- Assist patients with understanding their care plans and appointment schedules
WHO YOU ARE: THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
SALES BACKGROUND & MINDSET
- 5+ years of proven sales experience with consistently high performance
- Track record in direct sales, business development, or high-ticket service sales
- Experience with sales training programs, objection handling, and closing techniques
- Money mindset mastery – you understand that premium services deserve premium investment
- Comfortable discussing financial commitments ranging from hundreds to thousands of dollars
COMMUNICATION & RELATIONSHIP SKILLS
- Phenomenal on the phone with natural rapport-building abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing leads and converting prospects into committed customers
- Ability to explain complex concepts in simple, compelling terms
- Professional presence that commands respect and builds trust
LEADERSHIP & SELF-MANAGEMENT
- Self-leadership and entrepreneurial mindset (MLM background welcomed!)
- Ability to work autonomously while maintaining high standards
- Experience training or mentoring others in sales techniques
- Solution-oriented problem solver who thrives under pressure
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
TECHNICAL & ADMINISTRATIVE
- Proficient with computer systems, databases, and learning new software
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records preferred but not required
- Google Sheets/Excel proficiency for tracking metrics and performance
- Multi-tasking ability in fast-paced, high-volume environment

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Competitive hourly wage: $23 - $25/hour (up to $52,000 annually to start + bonuses)
- Uncapped performance bonuses available after successful completion of training and achievement of key performance indicators including:
- Marketing events (internal and external) executed
- New patients booked from marketing events
- Leads generated and converted
- Revenue closed and conversion rates
