As a Kitchen Cabinet Sales & Designer, you will use your expertise to guide clients from initial concept through final design, delivering beautiful, functional kitchens with confidence and precision. Your design experience, product knowledge, and ability to manage projects efficiently will play a key role in exceeding client expectations and driving successful outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and preferences.
- Create detailed design plans and presentations using 20/20 Software
- Develop the cabinet(s) concepts that enhance the functionality and aesthetics of spaces in kitchen, bathroom, laundry, butlers pantry, etc.
- Manage remodeling projects from initial concept through to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and gather necessary information for designs.
- Prepare accurate contract documents and specifications for construction teams.
- Support the sales team by providing design expertise during client consultations and presentations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in lighting design.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in design, particularly in lighting design or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cabinet Designer, with a proven portfolio showcasing your design expertise.
- Proficiency in software applications, including 20/20 Software
- Strong understanding of new home cabinet designs, remodeling processes, contract documentation, and project management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.

Pay: $70,696.00 - $90,221.00 per year
