Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that build strong, consistent brand identities
- Define and refine target audiences across multiple brands
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive activity, and evolving customer preferences
- Build and manage a marketing calendar that includes promotions, seasonal initiatives, product updates, and events
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints, including digital, print, in-person, and social media
- Maintain, enforce, and evolve brand guidelines
- Oversee the creation and production of marketing collateral, advertising campaigns, and promotional materials
- Plan and execute creative, high-impact marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and overall revenue growth
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze results to inform strategy and optimization
- Collaborate cross-functionally to plan and execute signature brand activations and experiences
- Support new location or market launches through community engagement, market and competitive analysis, audience building, and launch-day initiatives
- Manage brand presence across websites, online directories, review platforms, search engine optimization (SEO), and digital advertising
- Oversee social media strategy and manage accounts, ensuring engaging, on-brand content
- Develop and manage CRM programs to support multiple marketing strategies and customer journeys
- Manage brand photo shoots, including creative direction, shot lists, and visual style
- Oversee customer loyalty and engagement programs to drive retention and long-term value
- Manage relationships with local media, content creators, and influencers to generate positive coverage and increase brand visibility
- Develop and execute promotional initiatives that support sales and customer engagement goals
- Monitor market trends and customer feedback to inform brand and marketing decisions
- Collaborate with product and innovation teams to identify opportunities for new offerings and enhancements
- Oversee design, updates, and consistency of customer-facing materials and assets
- Create marketing materials to support strategic partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and influencers
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degreed required
- 3-5 years marketing experience
- Proven success in building sales and brand awareness
- Ability to build strong community relationships
- Understanding of website and content creation
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills
- Experience with budget and time management
- Ability to sit or stand at a desk for extended periods.
- Frequent use of computer, phone, and office equipment.
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to actively participate in meetings, presentations, and team collaborations.
- Occasional lifting or carrying of materials up to 25 pounds (e.g., marketing displays, event setup).
- Ability to travel locally or regionally for meetings, site visits, or events as needed.
- May require occasional evenings or weekends for marketing events, photoshoots, or promotional activities.
