Join Our Team as a Marketing & Business Development Coordinator!

We’re hiring a Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to join our team in Washington, DC. This hybrid role is perfect for professionals with B2B marketing experience who enjoy executing campaigns, supporting business development, and creating impactful content that drives engagement with corporate clients.

Position Details:

Pay: $35.00/hour
Schedule: Full-time | Hybrid (Remote Monday & Friday; Onsite Tuesday–Thursday)
Location: Georgetown University, Washington, DC

What You’ll Do:

Execute marketing campaigns and nurture workflows to engage prospects
Support business development team by creating proposals, presentations, and support materials
Manage social media presence, including LinkedIn and paid media acquisition campaigns
Re-engage past clients through targeted campaigns and communications
Track marketing performance and maintain accurate data in Salesforce
Create content for case studies, blog posts, and other visibility initiatives
Coordinate logistics for client meetings, site visits, and marketing projects
Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategy

What We’re Looking For:

3–4 years of B2B marketing experience (B2C candidates may not be a fit)
Strong writing, proofreading, and attention to detail
Comfortable with hands-on campaign execution and project support
Ability to learn quickly and work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
Tech-savvy with experience in marketing tools and platforms
Flexible and collaborative, able to thrive in hybrid work arrangements
