PAY
- Paid Training
- Base pay for first two weeks, Weekly $1,500–$4,500+ per week
ROLE OVERVIEW
Telephone Sales Agent / Sales Professional / Inbound Sales Representative
- Handle inbound, pre-qualified calls
- Build rapport, educate clients, and close sales
- Work efficiently toward daily and weekly goals
- Update client information and notes in CRM
Seasonal Opportunity (Jan–Apr 15): Tax Preparer / Inbound Sales Rep
- NO prior tax experience required – WE TRAIN YOU
- Prepare federal & state tax returns using company software
- Collect and review client information and documentation
- Manage inbound calls and meet daily prepared-tax goals
- Maintain confidentiality and provide excellent customer service
TRAINING & SUPPORT
- Paid training provided (Sales & Tax Preparation)
- Proven systems, scripts, and tools
- Ongoing coaching from experienced top performers
- Aggressive Commission and Spiffs
REQUIREMENTS
- Sales experience required (non-retail preferred)
- Motivated by income and performance
- Ability to work 50+ hours/week (minimum 6 days/week during tax season)
- Strong communication skills (phone sales preferred)
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn quickly
- Professional, upbeat attitude with strong work ethic
