We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Vice President of Collections & Treasury Management to lead enterprise-wide credit risk, collections, and cash operations while strengthening liquidity, optimizing working capital, and supporting long-term financial stability in a hybrid work environment based in Alpharetta.
Key Responsibilities
Lead global credit, collections, and treasury functions with a focus on cash optimization, risk reduction, and financial resilience
Drive company-wide strategies to improve cash flow, reduce DSO, and minimize bad debt exposure
Partner closely with AR, Finance, Sales, Legal, FP&A, and Treasury to align credit decisions, payment terms, and customer risk profiles
Oversee customer credit evaluation, approval processes, and ongoing risk monitoring across domestic and international portfolios
Manage complex collections issues, including escalations, negotiated payment arrangements, and high-risk account decisions
Provide executive oversight of daily cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, banking activity, and intercompany funding
Establish governance, controls, and approval frameworks for treasury activities and cash disbursements
Develop and mentor high-performing global teams, setting measurable goals tied to collections efficiency and cash application
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline required; advanced degree or certifications a plus
10+ years of progressive experience in credit, collections, treasury, or financial operations, including senior-level leadership responsibility
Proven success leading global or multi-entity AR and credit portfolios within a B2B environment
Strong track record of improving cash flow, reducing DSO, and managing credit risk at scale
Experience developing and enforcing credit policies, payment terms, and risk mitigation strategies
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and scale high-performing teams across regions or functions
Deep understanding of cash management, liquidity forecasting, and banking operations
