We are seeking an ambitious, detail-oriented Operations Intern who is interested in learning how a high-growth financial services organization handles onboarding, compliance processes, registration requirements, and advisor support.
Position Summary
The Operations Intern will assist the operations team with onboarding, administrative functions, compliance support, licensing-related tasks, and cross-departmental communication. This role is ideal for students or career starters interested in financial services operations, HR coordination, or compliance.

Responsibilities
The Operations Intern will support the department by assisting with tasks such as:
Onboarding & Registration Support
- Assist with coordinating new hire onboarding and setting up new advisors in internal systems
- Help track onboarding progress and communicate with new team members
- Support the preparation of licensing and registration documentation (e.g., Form U4/U5)
- Maintain and update associated records under guidance
Compliance & Regulatory Tasks
- Assist with gathering information for Form ADV updates and other filings
- Help organize compliance documentation and internal records
- Support senior operations staff in reviewing and updating procedures
- Help monitor communication channels for advisor and employee inquiries
Administrative & Operations Support
- Aid in maintaining organized databases and spreadsheets
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and document management
- Participate in meetings with the operations, compliance, and sponsorship teams
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Interest in financial services, business operations, HR, or compliance
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Coachable, willing to learn, and comfortable asking questions
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with confidentiality
