You will play a key role in shaping seasonal assortments, pricing, and product strategy to deliver an exceptional consumer experience across your category and region.

What will your day look like? As a Merchandiser, you will:
- Build Seasonal Strategy, Line Architecture & Pricing – Partner with your leader to develop regional line architecture and assortment strategies, balancing mono- and multi-brand environments. Set in-region pricing within global guidelines.
- Create Product Line – Provide feedback to global counterparts on styles and line plans based on consumer insights and local needs. Build consumer-centric assortments within your category.
- In-Season Management – Monitor marketplace execution, manage capacity, and collaborate with regional planning to deliver financial targets.
- Always-On Insights – Track consumer demand trends, analyze data, and use insights to inform planning and assortment decisions. Deliver ad hoc reporting to support seasonal product decisions.
- Regional Relevance – Drive initiatives such as SMUs, incremental capsules, and customer-specific assortments. Align regional needs with global teams.
- SMS Buy & Showroom Sets – Define A/B/C sets for showrooms across the region.
- Sales Meetings – Present your category strategy to planning, marketing, and channel teams.
You will be a good fit for this role if you have:
- Experience in merchandising, product planning, or related retail function
- Strong understanding of consumer insights, trends, and assortment strategy
- Ability to balance regional relevance with global guidelines
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional work
- Experience presenting strategy to internal stakeholders
